Joanne grew up in Northern Ireland before moving to Scotland to study a degree in Illustration and Printmaking.  She now lives in Cornwall with her young family squeezing in some work from her home studio, between baby naps and school runs.  Joanne has a passion for detailed drawing combining this with digital art and  is inspired by folklore, nature and mythical creatures.  She has a keen interest in conservation and environmental issues which has inspired her most recent pieces.
