Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within this period. Items must then be returned within 14 days of cancellation.

Returns

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide return instructions.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned:

• In their original condition

• Unused and undamaged

• In appropriate packaging

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds will include the standard delivery cost originally paid, where applicable. Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

• Custom or personalised orders

• Digital downloads
